BY PURCHASING TICKETS YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU ATTEND SHOWS PRESENTED BY FMRL AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We do our best to make sure each show is hosted in a place that can adequately and safely accommodate all guests. But you will be responsible for yourself and your own safety at all times. The performers, hosts, homeowners, FMRL, and other guests at the show will not be responsible for any injury or loss resulting from your attendance or any activities before, during or after the show. We’ll work together with the host to make sure that any inappropriate behavior by guests is stopped, and if necessary, the host will ask uncooperative guests to leave. Please help us make this a good and positive experience for everyone so we can continue to do shows like this. We appreciate it.

NO PAPER TICKETS WILL BE MAILED TO YOU.

Please make sure your email address is correct when you check out. This is where we’ll send the info for the show. Please set your spam filter to allow e-mails from “ticketing@fmrlarts.org”

This email will include the address, parking info, and other details about the show. Please don’t share this info with anyone. It’s for you only!

Please print and bring this email and photo ID to the show. Your name will be on a list at the door. If you buy multiple tickets they will all be under the name of the purchaser and the other people will need to arrive with the purchaser (example: Emilio Estevez + 3). No one will be allowed to enter unless their name is on the list at the door.

Please be on time as we will start the show at the exact time that is listed within the show details on the website. You wouldn’t walk in late to a film, right? We ask that everyone be out of the event space by 12AM unless the host agrees to a later time on the night of the show.

SEATING: Most of the shows will not provide any seating, but there are times where seating will be provided. Almost all shows held at the Emma Bistro (11 Lea Ave, Nashville, TN) will provide seating, unless the artist requests otherwise.

AUDIO/VIDEO: Please, no audio or video recording of the show. Still photos are fine, but please use common sense and be discreet (no flash). We are trying to maintain the intimacy of the performance and it can be very distracting for the artist and other guests if someone is constantly taking photos, holding up video cameras or fiddling with recording devices. Thanks for helping us make this a special shared experiences between the artist(s) and people at the show.

IMPORTANT: These shows are often being hosted in a private home or small event space. It’s not a party. Please be respectful of the performance, the hosts, their home/event space and their neighbors when arriving at and leaving the show.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. SORRY, NO REFUNDS: Due to the very limited number of tickets for each show, they always sell out quickly. Please make sure you can attended the show before you buy tickets. We want everyone to have the same chance at getting tickets. If you buy tickets and can’t go for some reason, we can transfer the ticket to one of your friends. Please get in touch with Tate Eskew or Chris Davis by email tate@tateeskew.com / criznok@yahoo.com respectively at least one week before the show. All ticket transfers and name changes must go through Tate or Chris. No Exceptions.
